ListMix Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 September 2026
ListMix collects nothing about you. It has no accounts, no servers of its own, and no advertising or tracking code of any kind.
What the app stores, and where
Your lists, the items on them and your finished runs are saved on your iPhone, in the app's own storage. Nothing is sent to the developer, and there is no ListMix server for it to be sent to.
iCloud
Your lists are stored in your own private iCloud database, under your Apple Account, so that they reach your other devices. Apple holds that data under Apple's privacy policy. The developer cannot read it, and it never passes through any server belonging to ListMix.
What Apple sees, which is not the same thing
Apple collects some information about apps independently of the app itself: App Store and device analytics, and crash reports. If you have turned on Share iPhone Analytics and Share with App Developers in Settings, Apple may show the developer aggregated reports: roughly how many people installed the app, how often it is opened, and anonymised crash logs. Those reports come from Apple, never from code inside ListMix, they contain nothing that identifies you, and you can switch them off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Tracking and advertising
None. ListMix contains no advertising, no attribution and no third-party analytics SDKs, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. If iCloud sync was in use, your ListMix data can be removed in Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. There is no account to close, because there never was one.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date. It would only change because the app itself changed.
